7 principles to the "never say die" approach
In today's blog, we shall point out some of the things one can do to become a popular and friendlier person to all.

👉Never say die approach
It is an approach towards life of making untiring efforts towards your goal. It happens that sometimes we may feel that our goal is far away and almost unreachable. But these particular moments are crucial. The one who quits at this stage, shall never win, never achieve and possibly will never cultivate the ability to put self-belief on himself again. It is this crucial moment one has to think with emotional balance and stop worrying of the situation. Let us go through the 7 principles of never say die approach.

7 simple principles are as follows:

1. Analyze the situation.
In order to develop a never say die approach, you have to think in numbers. You have to find the possibilities of overcoming the situation. You need to talk to yourself that if you come out of this situation with success, what will be the life thereafter. And try to charge yourself with energy to again put some more efforts to achieve, overcome the problem.

2. Try not to think about complaining, problems, think about solutions.

You have to see the other side of the coin. See the possibilities rather than the problems, see the opportunities than the threats. This will make you feel that there is still some room for improvement, putting some more effort into the job and come out as an achiever.

3. Live life in a day.
In order to cultivate never say die approach, you have to think each day as the last day of your life.  You have to complete as many tasks in a day as you would like to do if you know that this is the last day of your life. Yes, you shall be doing most of the tasks with a maximum of your enthusiasm and speed. With time, you will develop a habit of doing tasks at such a speed that no one other, who believes to have much time would ever be able to do.

4. Ask yourself some questions.
Ask yourself... what if I am not able to do it? Is it the worst that could happen to you. No, definitely no. So, accumulate your energy to again stand and deliver, deliver your best ever. Definitely, there will be newer heights achieved that day. Remind yourself of abundance of energy and skill you possess to achieve than to quit the goal.

5. Use law of averages.
Use the simple logic of the average number of cases of coming out of any difficult situation. If many people have done it in the past, definitely more than 50% chances are that you would also come out of it. So, just try to disguise the things to your brain by looking at the positive aspects of the law of averages to outlaw the problems.

6. Refuse to give time to worries.
To develop never say die approach, you have to fill your mind with belief, courage and hope and refrain from devoting time to worries. This will help you to create positivism, health and belief that you can come out of any situation. This approach will help you to keep calm while performing, without worrying about the outcomes.

7. Learn the lesson, even if you lose.
It is important that "You lose, but never lose the lesson you learned, when you lose. This is because you will not lose again on a similar situation, if life repeated again, at least.

Lastly, everyone sees his hero in movies and is always eager to that he comes out of every difficult situation, he knows all, he believes in himself. But that was just a fiction, a move. In real life, you are a hero, hero of your own movie. See a "hero" in yourself also. Believe in yourself, believe that you can also come out of every difficult situation, you also know all, you are also strong enough. Believe that you are "A HERO" with never say die approach in life.

7 principles on how to become the apple of everyone's eye
In today's blog, we shall point out some of the things one can do to become a popular and friendlier person to all.

👉An apple of everyone's eyes
It describes a person who someone loves above others, who is a favorite person, who is most sought after, who is most popular, who puts smiles on people's faces who meet him. We need to follow some principles that have been devised and advised to the one for guiding people to become "Influencers", an apple of one's eyes, in fact, everyone's eyes. You need to follow these principles and see your own life-changing dramatically for the positives: more happiness, more friends, more love, affection and people to support. Many more advantages if one would work on the 7 principles that are crucial to raising your popularity amongst the groups, people you live, work and spend time with.

7 simple principles are as follows:
1. Never criticize, complain about things, people and situations.
The one who is an apple of one's eyes never criticize the actions, behaviors, but he is the one who believes in taking full control over the situations. He can even work with difficult personalities very easily. He knows the art of appreciation. He does not complain about the things...ever.

2. He knows the art of appreciation.
He never misses the chance to appreciate, admire and provide positive comments on things, people and situations. This is true that all of us have good and bad parts of their personalities. He is the one who always looks forward to the positive things in our personalities.

3He talks a lot and is also a good listener.
Yes. The one who is an apple of one's eyes is a talkative person. He does not hold back his thoughts and appear to be free-flowing in terms of expressing his ideas(of course he filters those with positive ones only). At the same time, he is the one who also listens to people with the utmost attention and is never in a hurry to start his point of view without careful listening. He gives enough time to the other people to complete his talk before again beginning with his part of the speech. Moreover, he talks of people, the things that are concerned to the people, not to him alone.

4. He smiles and put a smile on others' face too.
This person is the one who keeps a beautiful smile on his face. People love to meet him as he transfers his positive energetic smile to their faces too. He is full of energy, ideas, sometimes eagerness to have fun without harming people. He plays jokes on himself.

5. He makes people feel important
When he talks to people, people feel that they are more important, sought after and looked for by others. He is not only a confident personality himself but also tries hard to instill confidence in others too.

6. Knows how to avoid arguments.
This person is the one who does not argue with people in order to prove his point. He takes on the ideas of others with full respect. He believes in that everyone has the right to differ due to their own difference of experience, scenarios, situations, environment and upbringing. He never doubts about what others believe in. He shows full respect to what opinion other people carry and never say that they are wrong.

7. He is very sympathetic in nature.
He is very sympathetic to difficulties faced by people in life, always work towards noble causes. He brings efforts, energy, money and resources to help people achieve their goals.

Lastly, if you love to become an apple of everyone's eye, follow these golden 7 principles. I assure you that you'll definitely become the one who is the life of any party, the person whom people look for, the one who put smiles on each face, the one who lives up to the expectations of people, he is "THE CHARMER".

Understanding some insights to the NetBeans IDE
In today's blog, we shall have insights to Netbeans IDE.

👉NetBeans IDE
Java is a language that has been rising its level to cater to the needs of the modern day technologies. It started with the platform independence, moved to mobiles and electronic devices, now coming with smart solutions too. It lead to the development of IDEs like JBuilder (once popular, but now discontinued), NetBeans and Ecllipse For understanding the forthcoming events we analyze Netbeans and its growth in the current scenario.
Started as a student project, Netbeans, that is an open-source Integrated Development Environment (acronym IDE) in Charles University, Prague, it was acquired by the Sun Microsystems in 1999. After a full-fledged growth and industry acceptance of this IDE, Oracle Inc. took over it from Sun in 2010 due to financial instability of Sun. As the originator of Java technologies, the Sun Microsystems devised it, it provided a sheer niche in development of Java and related technologies. More so, as Sun was aware of using different component technologies in consonance with each other. It always had greater support for Java technologies like AWT, Swing, Java ME, J2EE, that comes bundled with different servers, databases, profilers and tuning tools etc
This IDE is always a fun to learn with minimal of efforts and visual helps available with it.

💡IMPORTANT Older versions of NetBeans might pose some ambiguous behavior if used with JDK newer to 8th version, one should therefore continue with the older versions of Java and Netbeans.
Please expect an exhaustive article on this topic soon.

I continue to recommend the Netbeans IDE for development of projects using Java and related languages.
